Preparing for Your Visit
A little information at the time of booking helps the practice arrange the time and support you need.
Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling reception on (03) 5976 3600
Please let reception know when booking if:
- you have more than one concern to discuss
- you believe your condition may be urgent
- you may need a longer appointment
- more than one family member needs to be seen
This allows enough time to be set aside for your appointment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000.
Practice Fees
We are a mixed-billing practice. Bulk billing is available for children aged 15 and under, Age Pension card holders, and DVA card holders.
Standard consultation: $93 weekdays | $100 Saturdays
Long consultation: $170
Additional fees may apply for longer appointments, tests, and care plans. Please contact reception for details.
Mask Policy
Masks are currently required inside the clinic if you have any respiratory symtoms.
Referrals and Prescriptions
An appointment is required for referral and prescription requests.
This gives the GP an opportunity to review your current health needs and confirm that the referral or medication remains appropriate.
Telehealth Consultations
A telephone consultation may be appropriate for some concerns, including certain repeat prescription requests.
To meet Medicare requirements, you generally need to have attended the practice for a face-to-face appointment within the previous 12 months.
Telephone consultations are offered at set times and can be arranged by calling reception. The GP will determine whether telehealth is suitable for your needs or whether an in-person appointment is required.
Results and Follow-Up Care
After Your Appointment
Test Results
All results are reviewed by a GP.
If follow-up is needed, the practice will contact you by telephone and ask you to arrange an appointment. You are also welcome to book an appointment at any time if you would like to discuss your results.
To protect your privacy and ensure results are explained appropriately, results are not provided over the phone or by email.
Telephone Messages
Reception can take a message for a GP on your behalf
Calls are returned as soon as possible, although timing will depend on the GP’s availability and the nature of the request. Urgent medical concerns should not be left as telephone messages.
For emergencies, call 000.
